Preparation Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. It consists of chicken breast, penne pasta, vegetables, and herbs, and is topped with a luscious bechamel and mozzarella cheese. To prepare the bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in the melted butter.

Instructions to make Chicken pasta with sauce Bechamel:
  1. Cut chicken in cubes (roughly) add garlic ginger Paste and mustard seeds (crushed),
  2. Add all other spices and mix them together, let it marinat for minimum 1 hour,
  3. Heat a pan add marinated chicken and add spring onion,
  4. Cook it until tender, it may take 10 minutes
  5. Meanwhile boiled the water add some salt and few drops of oil, the add pasta, cook for 10 minutes and strain in strainer. And Keep aside
  6. Heat the sauce Bechamel with mushrooms, - (see recipe)
  7. In serving plate pur the Bechmal sauce and add the pasta then add chicken and add some more mushroom, if you like.
  8. Serve with your favourite sauce (ketchup, mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce or any). I drizzled over some sweet chilli sauce. You can also add cheese instead of sauce.

To prepare the bechamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in the melted butter. White sauce is also known as bechamel sauce & is made using flour, butter and milk. This cheesy white sauce pasta is a favorite with my kids and I make this with so many different variations.
