  5. Make medium sized patties out of the Bean-potato mix and coat them well with bread crumbs
  6. Align them on a baking tray and brush 1 Tb oil
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 degree celcius or until brown and crisp
  8. Slice burger buns into halves and place a lettuce leaf on the base
  9. Place the burger patty and TOP with 2-3 onion and tomato rings and season with remaining oregano and red chilli flakes
  10. Add 1 Tb grated mozzarella cheese and microwave for 2 minutes
  11. Serve warm with ketchup
