  2. Add to a mixing bowl paneer cubes, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and salt.
  3. Toss well to coat the paste.
  4. Add flours, red chilli powder and magic masala.
  5. Toss everything well, sprinkling water as needed to well coat of flour mixture on paneer cubes. Avoid using more water. - - Mix well ingredients of yoghurt mixture.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Drop the marinated paneer cubes gently and fry them from every side till crispy on medium flame. Remove to a plate.
  8. Keep just one tsp oil in the wok (remove rest remaining oil) and add chopped garlic, spit green chilli and curry leaves. Fry on low heat till the curry leaves are crunchy.
  9. Add chopped onion and fry 2 minutes until the onions turn transparent and crunchy.
  10. Then add yoghurt mixture and fry on high flame till it dries up half.
