Instructions to make Meat Currie and rice:
  1. Heat oil in a pan,add onions and stir till it turns light brown,add the garlic and ginger,then add the boiled meat
  2. Stir the mixture till the meat becomes a bit dry.add the tomatoes and mix well.till it becomes a paste and softens
  3. Add salt to taste together with the sliced carrots and potatoes
  4. Add teaspoon of roiko and 1/4 teaspoon of pilau masala(optional)
  5. Stir the mixture and 500ml of water and let it simmer till the potatoes gets a bit soft.
  6. Add the coriander leaves and the Cupsicum.plus the green pepper
  7. In a separate pan.(sufuria),boil 500ml water and salt to taste.add 2 serving spoon of oil
  8. Wash the rice till water is clear
  9. Add the rice in the boiling water
  10. Cover it.reduce the heat.
  11. Let it simmer till the water clears
  12. Add the grated carrots and cupsicum.
  13. Put it in the oven at a low temperature
  14. In a separate sufuria(pan)heat oil(two spoonful)
  15. Add the sliced onions and stir till light brown
  16. Add the greens(kales and spinach)
  17. Add salt to taste
  18. Cook for 3 minutes
  19. Serve with juice…enjoy
