Instructions to make Mukimo(my own version):
  1. Boil the potatoes until soft and tender.boil the maize until well cooked through.boil the spinach and blend it with a 1/7 up of water
  2. In a pot put 3 tbsp oil.add onion and carrot and fry until golden brown
  3. Add the minced meat until well combined and cooked…then add the blended spinach then mix well
  4. Add the spices+salt and keep stirring for about 2 minutes.the add the boiled maize.stir
  5. Finally add the boiled potatoes and mix well and let it cook for 3 minutes until you get something like this….enjoy
