  4. add the bittergourd and oyster sauce. put small amount of water if you want it more tender. add sugar and small amount of salt to taste. serve it hot/warm. bittergourd is good for anti-cancer, contain lots of anti-oksidan and vitamin. at first it tastes bitter, but the after taste was good and actually addicting for me :-)
