  2. Blanch spinach leaves,add in cold water.Remove whole leaves and chop then when cool.Chop dill (soya leaves).Chop finely.
  3. Boiled dals—Orange masoor 2 tbsp,yellow moong dal 3 tbsp.Wash and soak these pulses for 2 hours.Then boil it.I made it with sauteed dal with onion,ginger,garlic,cumin seeds,dhania pd.
  4. Add in dal mixture all the greens.Add whole wheat flour.Add oil in between and knead it.Knead it like a hard dough.keep aside for 30 min.
  5. Make round balls.Apply oil on board and roll with rolling pin.Grill on both sides.Apply fresh home made butter.
  6. Serve hot with hung Curd sprinkled with red chilli pd.Add Amla Chunda in small katori.Add homemade carrot and turnip pickle in a small dish.
