Steps to make Bottlegaurd Kofta curry:
  1. For Kofta preparation - - Peel and grate lauki.
  2. Take it out in a big bowl - Add besan and spices - Mix everything well.
  3. Heat oil in a wok. - Put batter in kofta shape and let it fry. Turn when one side is cooked
  4. Take out from the oil when done from all the sides and drain the excess oil on an absorbent paper.
  5. For the gravy - - Heat oil and add in whole cumin and bay leaf. - Add in finely chopped onions and let them sauté. - Add in ginger garlic paste and sauté more.
  6. Add in all the dry masala and cook on low flame to avoid burning.
  7. Add in fresh tomato paste and cook till it leaves the oil.
  8. Once the masala is nicely roasted add in 1 glass of water for making the gravy. Let it boil nicely before adding the prepared koftas in.
  9. Let the koftas simmer in the gravy for 5-7 mins on the low flame. Adjust the consistency as per the liking
  10. Kofta gravy is ready. Relish it with rice or Parantha
