Peel and finely dice onion and garlic and chop spinach. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, add half of the onion and garlic and fry until translucent. Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees of Celsia. 10 minutes before the end of baking add shredded parmesan at the top.
