  9. After sealing the pores make sure the meat has dried of any excess water.add the onions and stir, stir until the onions have cooked completely.add the bell peppers stir and let it cook for 3mins….
  10. In a bowl mix the corn starch in a bowl and pour it on the meat…add 250ml of water….to form a sauce for the beef,
  11. Bring it to a boil, and your beef is ready to serve.
  12. Put the mashed potatoes on fire again…add 100ml of milk….mix it gently, you can add a pinch of nutmeg for taste, the potatoes are ready to serve.
