Prepare 1 tsp Cardamom Powder:
Get Chopped Dry fruit(optional) Milk for Brushing(optional)

Mix Ghee and powdered sugar for 5 to 6 minutes
Add Semolina, All-Purpose Flour, Gram Flour and Cardamom powder and make a dough.
Make small balls and make a cut on one side(top) of the balls.
Apply milk on it and put same dry fruits on it.
Place the balls on idli stand as show in the video.
Put the idli stand in pre-heated pressure cooker and cover it with the lid. Let it bake for 14 to 18 minutes.
Check after 10 minutes whether the cookies in the lower most layer of idli stand are ready, if yes then remove them and let the other layer bake for another 4 to 6 minutes.This will avoid the lower layer cookies from turning over baked (red).
