  2. Prepare 2 tablespoons maida / All-purpose flour

  7. Make ready As per taste Chilli flakes and Oregano for seasoning

  1. Wash the palak thoroughly with water and cut it into small chunks.
  2. Now put the palak into the pressure cooker. Do not add water. And cook till 4 whistles on high flame. Let it remain in the cooker itself till the pressure releases on its own.
  3. When cooled down, open the cooker and put the boiled in the mixer jar and grind it into a smooth paste and keep aside.
  4. In a pan add butter melt it and add ginger garlic paste saute for a while then to it add maida and again saute it for about half a minute. Keep stirring continuously. Now when the maida changes color add milk and keep on stirring constantly till it thickens.
  5. Now it add the palak puree and mix well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes so that all the aroma is mixed well into the palak puree. Add the fresh cream (keep little for garnishing) to it and give it a quick stir and remove from the flame immediately.
  6. Take out in the serving bowl garnish it with fresh cream, chili flakes, and oregano.
