  4. Add minced garlic and the chicken pieces, stirfry untill its cooked for about 3 to 4 mins.
  5. Remove the chicken pieces from the inner pot and add the veggies(broccoli,crrots and sweet peas first) along with the remaining oil and stirfy untill soft for about 5 mins
  6. Now mix in the onions,bellpeppers and zucchini pieces and stirfry for another 2 mins
  7. Add in the chicken pieces along with the veggies and stifry.
  8. Add honey,and soysauce,ketchup,pepper and salt as needed.
  9. Continue cooking on sauté mode for another 4 mins.You can cover with a glass lid during this time.
  10. Once done, sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve hot with white rice.

Add the drained green veg, chilli, stir-fry sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry briefly to heat everything through and to finish cooking the chicken. Mix in the cashews and spring onions, then serve.
