Prepare 1 cup tomato sauce(or 3 tbs Tomato paste)&,
Prepare Extra Tomato Sauce for topping
Get 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Get 1 1/2 tbs BBQ sauce
Make ready 1 1/2 tsp vegemite

In an electric big saucepan put 1 tbs olive oil, add onions & stir-fry 3' then add beef mince & speck and cook for further 4' just to brown a little bit then add garlic, salt, black pepper, ground cloves, thyme, sprinkle Cornstarch mixture over, give a quick mix then
Add the 1 1/2cups chicken Real Stock & vege stock, just stir then add tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce/tomato paste, BBQ sauce, vegemite & mix them all really well. Then turn the heat to low to a light simmer. Leave to simmer for 10'-12' & stir on every couple of minutes until you have a nice gravy for the Pie. Test the season. Turn off. Let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 200C. Prepare the muffin pan with jumbo holes. Spray the holes with oil or melted butter.
Now on the 2 sheets Shortcrust pastry:cut one sheet into 4.Do this for other pastry to have 8 or so.Put each pastry into the muffin hole,let pending the edge.Fill the hole with 1/4cup minced beef, added extra 1 tbs minced beef on top. Lastly put a pastry lid on top of the meat. On top pie :Using the rim of a glass, mark and cut rounded pastries on the puff sheet, do that to have 12 rounded pastry.Press with finger the top edge,then cut the flapping of the base pastry to get a nice edge.
With a fork press on top of the whole border edge with a dental design. With a fork prick down only just one action on top centre, to let the steam out. Brush egg wash on all over top. Put in the freezer for 10'. Then put into the oven, in the middle rack. Bake for 18' until golden brown.
