Hey everyone, it is Brad, welcome to my recipe site. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, moist, juicy chicken. One of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Moist, Juicy Chicken is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. They are nice and they look wonderful. Moist, Juicy Chicken is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can cook moist, juicy chicken using 3 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Moist, Juicy Chicken:
  1. Prepare vegetable oil
  2. Make ready 4 chicken breasts, cleaned and trimmed of fat
  3. Make ready seasonings of choice. DO NOT USE SALT
Instructions to make Moist, Juicy Chicken:
  1. Clean and trim chicken breasts of all fat. If using a chef knife, use flat side of blade and pound to an even thickness…about a half inch thick or so. If you don't have a chef knife, cover chicken with plastic wrap and bang it flat with a pan (gently), rolling pin, ect..
  2. Pour a bit of oil in a bottom of a tall sided pan and heat on medium high heat.
  3. Once heated, place chicken in pan and let cook for a minute or so. If seasoning the chicken, do so now.
  4. Flip the chicken over and immediately place lid on pan and set timer for 12 minutes. DO NOT LIFT LID!
  5. After 12 minutes turn flame off. DO NOT LIFT LID! And set for another 12 minutes.
  6. Afterwards, you're free to eat! Great with rice and a veggie. Or made for pot pie. Shred it up for amazing chicken fajitas! If you're making this FOR something, I suggest no seasoning. If it's your main dish, test out your own flavors of seasoning mixes! My personal favorite : pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika for color. Enjoy!
  7. And yes….that's 24 WHOLE MINUTES of NOT lifting the lid!
