Take multi grain flour
Get all purpose flour
Make ready black til
Make ready Salt

Instructions to make Healthy Roll:
Take a 1 cup multi grain flour,and 1/2 cup all purpose flour in a bowl.
Mix both, and add salt, black til, and o1 tsp oil and mix well and knead it well.
Keep aside for 20 min.
Mean while, heat oil in a pan, and add cumin seed.
Now add finely chopped onion.
As, onion became pink, add carrot.
As, carrot become soft, add tamoto
After cooking tomato, 5 min, then add all spices
Cook, 3- 4min it, then add paneer.g in
Now add boiled corn.
Cook 2- 3min, switch off the gas, add green coriander.
Now take it in another bowl.
Now,make small balls of kneaded flour.
Now roll it with the help of rolling pin on board.
Now, heat, a pan and cook the chapati, booth the side.
Now take out it from pan and keep aside it, to cool down.
Now spread chutney, or souce on chapati
Now put filling on this chapati, and roll it.
Now make all rolls like this.
Now heat a pan, add 2-3tsp oil, and put these roll in the pan, and swallow fry it.
Now these are ready to serve it.
