  22. Make ready 200-250 gm katori low fat whisked yogurt
  23. Make ready 3-4 tsp cooking oil
  24. Make ready Coconut and fresh coriander leaves to garnish

The flavour of the dish comes from ginger, cayenne pepper, mustard powder and vinegar. Its one of those popular dishes prepared in most of the dhabas and restaurants.
