  6. Then mix together the yam and the sauce mix until combined. You can also add pinch of salt
  7. Then you your hand and mould it like this roll,continues until you finish rolling it all,then keep aside
  8. Mix all the dry ingredients,flour,salt,sugar,baking powder together. In another separate bowl whisk the egg,then mix it with the flour
  9. Add 1 cup of water and mix until smooth
  10. Put the yam roll and deep fry it until golden brown, serve and enjoy
  11. Enjoy with mayonnaise
