  8. Make tikki of the stuffing mixtures prepared.
  9. Place chapati on plate and apply chutney on it. Now add tomato sauce to it as shown in the pic.
  10. Now put long size tikki on it. And add chopped onion, tomato and cabbage in it. And wrap it like a roll. And your healthy sprouts roll is ready.
