Aik pan me oil dalein or slice onion ko saute krein. PHR is me meat dal ke fry krein jab tak colour change na hojaye.
Ab is me Ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chilli paste, zeera, dhaniya or black pepper powder dalein salt or mughlai pulao masala dal kar mix krlein.
Ab is me 3 cup Pani dal ke slow heat pe gosht Gul Jane tak pakain.
Jab gosht Gul Jaye to is me aalo or dahi dal ke aalo Gul Jane tak pakain PHR isko bhoon lein.
Ab is me Pani dal dein.or high heat krdein. Jab Pani ko Josh ajaye to chawal dal dein jab iska pani dry hojaye to dum pe rakh dein.
Pehle 10 mint high heat pe dum dein phr slow heat pe 15 to 20 mint rakhein.ready
