  16. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  17. Prepare 5 beans, chopped
  18. Make ready 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  19. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
  20. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  21. Get 1 cup basmati rice, soaked 20 minutes
Instructions to make Vegetable Pulao:
  1. Firstly, in a large cooker, heat 2 tbsp ghee and saute 1 tsp cumin, 1 star anise, 1 inch 2 cinnamon, 4 cloves, 3 pods cardamom, 1 bay leaf and 10 cashews.
  2. Also, saute 1 onion followed by 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 chilli.
  3. Furthermore, add cashew and almonds saute.
  4. Next, add 1 potato, 3 tbsp peas, 1 carrot, 10 florets cauliflower and 5 beans. saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mint, ½ tsp garam masala and 1 tsp salt. saute for a minute.
  6. Furthermore, add 1 cup basmati rice (soaked for 20 minutes) and saute gently. - now add 2 cup water, 1 tsp lemon juice and stir well.
  7. Cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles or till the rice gets cooked completely. - finally, serve veg pulao along with onion tomato raita.
  8. Serving hot.enjoy veg pulao.
