Jab take ap dough ko rest dein tab take ap kachoirion ki filling taiyar kar lein, to filling taiyar karne ke liey SB se pehly pan mein cooking oil ko garam Karen phir is mein lehsan ka paste dalen or 1 se 1.5 mint take fry Karen,
Phir is mein ubla hua qeema dalen (qeemy ko thora sa namak dal ke ubalen)
Sath he is mein kutti hue all Mirch, kutta hua dhaniya, haldi powder,
Namak, Kali mirch, zeera,
Or amchoor powder dal ke 4-5 mint take fry Karen, phiria ko Ak bowl mein nikal Lein,
