  1. Wash and soak basmati rice and chana and urad dals for 3-4 hours and grind to make a thick paste with the help of little water
  2. The batter should be thick and smooth
  3. Now add the cumin seeds,coriander leaves and salt
  4. Heat enough oil for deep frying.
  5. Now pour one spoon of batter in the hot oil and cook on medium flame till the colour is lightly brown,then turn it over another side and drain in paper napkin.
  6. For curry - Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle.
  7. Take a blender add chopped onion,ginger garlic,cloves,black pepper,cinnamon,cardamom and cumin seeds to make a fine paste.
  8. Now add onion masala paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
  9. Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well
  10. Add two cup of water and cover the lid cook in a slow flame for 5 mins
  11. Now add fried dhuska and cook for five mins
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
