in pan with oil sauté pounded paste till fragrant then add carrot and onion
Add spicy sauce ( sambal sauce) and add fish sauce and sugar mix well then add coconut milk
transfer to a deep pot and make sure fish are submerge in curry
add water then bring to a boil and fish head and cover lid and simmer for 20 minute, great with white rice
