  1. Prepare Pizza base
  2. Get 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup wheat flour
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
  6. Take 1 tsp baking soda
  7. Make ready 3 1/2 tsp curd
  8. Prepare 2 tsp refined oil
  9. Get as needed Water

  11. Take 4 large tomatoes (optional)

  13. Prepare 3 large onions
  14. Get 1 tsp Oregano
  15. Make ready 1 tsp Chilli flakes

  18. Prepare 500 gm paneer cube
  19. Make ready as needed Butter
  20. Get 1 cup Grated pizza cheese
  21. Make ready Pizza sauce
  22. Prepare 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
  23. Take 2 tsp Green chilli sauce
Steps to make Pizza from scratch:
  1. For pizza base, take a small bowl and mix refine oil, baking powder and baking soda forming into a smooth paste.
  2. Now take a large vessel and mix all pyrpose flour, wheat flour, salt
  3. Add oil paste and curd to above mix and start knealding into a soft dough
  4. Add water as required for knealding into a soft dough
  5. Cover the dough with a cloth and allow it to rest for at least 1 hr
  6. In meanwhile chop all the veggies according to your choice
  7. Semi fry paneer cubes in butter just to make little crunchy
  8. Mix 4 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 2 tbsp of green chilli sauce.
  9. You can use pizza sauce if it is available in the house.
  10. After 1 hr divide dough into equal 4 parts.
  11. Roll the dough into base with the help of fingers and by dusting maida on kitchen slab.
  12. Base should be 1 inch thick
  13. On non sick pan place the base and cook it nicely on one side and half cook on other side at lowest flame by covering the pan with a plate or lid.
  14. Keep the oven preheated at 180 degree celcius
  15. On the side cooked well spread pizza sauce prepared, grated cheese, veggies, paneer cube.
  16. Sprinkle salt and black pepper
  17. Add more cheese and sprinkle organo and chilli flakes.
  18. Place the pizza in oven and bake it at convection mode at 180 degree celscius for time cheese melt properly.
  19. Tadaaa your pure homemade pizza is ready
  20. Note : In case you do not have oven you can bake it in same non-stick pan too at lowest flame and by covering it with plate.
