And this particular Coquito recipe is extremely creamy and loaded with multiple types of coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and rum! It's a great make ahead Christmas cocktail. We wanted to share with you, our family coquito recipe. Which has received a lot of recognition for it's GREAT taste!

  1. Take 1 (12 oz) can Evaporated Milk
  2. Get 1 (15 oz) can Cream of Coconut
  3. Get 1 (13.5 oz) can Coconut Milk
  4. Prepare 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  5. Take 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  6. Prepare 3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish, if desired
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  8. Make ready 1 1/2 cup Don Q White Rum
  9. Get 1/2 cup Dark Rum, I used Bumbu
  10. Make ready Cinnamon sticks (optional)

Coquito is a thick and creamy coconut drink that mixes silky GOYA® Coconut Milk with sweet GOYA® Cream of Coconut, cinnamon and rum. This rich, authentic coquito recipe is commonly made during. Instructions to make Coquito:
  1. In bowl of blender, add evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend on high until mixture is well combined, 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour coconut mixture into 2 glass mason jars, add one cinnamon stick to each jar if desired. Transfer to refrigerator. Chill until cold.
  3. To serve, stir or shake bottle well to combine. Pour into small serving glasses. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
